Our therapists are trained to work with you to overcome any fears or negative thinking that is affecting you to perform your best in whatever you do.  Our goal is to work with you to stop that constant chattering that goes on in your head by reprogramming your mind and your thoughts, very similar to factory resetting a phone.  This way you will be much calmer and peaceful and can function on a much higher level.

We use The Richards Trauma Process™ (TRTP) as a personal transformation, clearing any blockages which prevents us from being successful. We will address the root cause of clients’ stress, anxiety, PTSD and/or depression. Using evidence-based practices to create changes that are quick, safe and lasting.


We identify any self-sabotage behaviors and unconscious core beliefs. We gauge the level of self-confidence of the client. We help them know their worth, find liberation from Inter-generational patterns or victim identity and help the client to gain a strong sense of self and value.


From early childhood, we start taking on beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. These unconscious core beliefs form our identity, drive our decisions and shape who we are. Have you ever thought…

  • I’m not good enough.
  • I don’t deserve love or respect.
  • If I try, I’m going to fail.
  • Life’s just too damn hard.

Those are unconscious core beliefs. These sneaky little suckers manifest in self-sabotaging behaviours that compromise your wellbeing and success. Over time, these negative thoughts will accumulate in your body and weigh you down.  You may feel depressed, anxious and generally not happy with yourself.  The result? Feeling heavy, stressed out, and well and truly over it.


TRTP is in alignment with the two requirements stated by Dr Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine PhD and other trauma experts; that is, two things have to occur for trauma to be resolved:

  1. The person has to be shifted to a place of personal empowerment in regard to the trauma… and
  2. The body has to know the trauma is over…’somehow’

TRTP is unique in achieving both stated key requirements to healing trauma. It is a simple process which is fast, effective, and very safe – there is no re-traumatising. It achieves ‘release’ from the flight, fright and freeze response and a return of the entire being to Calm. It is a process that uses dynamic re-imagining with the client to achieve outstanding results.

Our Solution

We use The Richards Trauma Process™ (TRTP), an evidence-based method that offers quick, safe, and lasting changes. Our therapy sessions are customized to meet your unique needs, and most clients find that just 3 to 4 sessions are all they need to make significant progress. These sessions can be conducted face-to-face or via Zoom for your convenience.

Appointment 1

We all have limiting Unconscious Core beliefs about ourselves. These come from past experiences, what others have said to us and what we say to ourselves. Very Often, 80-90% – of these beliefs are not true and when we remove them or change them in our unconscious, we give ourselves permission to do amazing things. In Appointment 1 we remove your limiting beliefs and introduce you to your authentic self.

Appointment 2

We pull the teeth (so to speak) on the most stressful or traumatic events in your life. You don’t have to go into the details of these events because we understand this may re-traumatise yourself. What we do is to empower you, so that you feel safe and can revisit the event as an empowered person. You take control over the event, the event does not control you.

Appointment 3

Seeing the future. In this appointment we guide you so that you can see the future where you are not shackled by the past. It’s over and you are safe and you can now plan and visualise the future.

Trauma, for most people, is an emotional response to an event like an accident, violent death, sustained stress, rape or natural disaster. However, of the 1.5 million people in Australia diagnosed with PTSD or severe trauma, the largest majority (+65%) of these are “survivors” of domestic violence and/or physical, mental or sexual abuse suffered when the person was a child or within their “home” environment!

Consciously, you may not even be aware of what actual event caused your symptoms. Immediately after the event, shock and denial are typical. We customize our therapy sessions according to the needs of each individual. The number of sessions vary, but most clients will find 3 to 4 sessions is all they require to “Get their Life Back” and these can be face to face or via Zoom.
